I'll be the fist to say I was disappointed in the HP's of the X, thats why I started a business which involves performance parts for the NSX.
At Sebring, my stock (well, kinda stock 300 hp) NSX pushes Vipers and 'Vettes through the turns. I kill both on braking. I pass them as I approach the corners and turn underneath them. Then they get me on the short straights, but after 100 they better be far enough ahead.

the Z06 and Viper WILL outperform a NSX in everything, numbers dont lie. Look at the Slalom and Skidpad numbers for the Z06 and the Viper, then turn your fanboy faces over to look at the NSXs.
Low weight does NOT = good handling. Fuck a geo metro weighs little to nothing, doesnt mean it will pull any high numbers in anything. Suspension is more important that the cars curbweight.

But somehow at 3380, the Viper pulls higher skidpad numbers...
Its skidpad number is 1.4 higher than the Gods Chariot NSX. But somehow its only .6 higher than the "Pig" Z06.
While the unstopable NSX pulls a mighty 65.8 in the Slalom the pure straight light perofmrance Viper pulls a 70.4 and the "out dated" Z06 using leafsprings pulls a 70.3
yes, its magazine racing, yes numbers will vary. But not by the margins that the Z06 and the Viper pull over the NSX.
Get your heads out of your asses, and I am not "another" domestic owner. If I didnt know most domestic owners are Filipino and German... I respect all cars for what they are made for, I never said the NSX wasnt a great performer, I was juts saying its overpriced for its performance.
