Some people don't seem to know what the word stock means.

A later post in the thread admits the supension is no longer stock but people love to believe everything they read and hear.

When it comes to carb farts I would like to see how streetable this car is and whether it has a stick or auto tranny.

I assume our resident carb fart fan has a good reason to be getting rid of his manual tranny despite his large investment in this passing setup. I could always say I told you so but scott will bend over backwards to say his car is perfect at the same time it belches on every dyno run and track event not to mention his continual revisions to his setup.

As I have said before, with blow throughs setups they can be set up for balls to the wall WOT operation just fine but its nothing you would want on your street car.

Tony,
That car is obviously NOT a street car and it's NOT a streetable combination. I'm sure he has a glide in that thing or something to the equivalent.
Not sure why you guys continue with the banter... to be honest with both of you.. it's getting.. no correct that.. it's GOTTEN quite old..
Good find Dave, sick combination and very nice car. If I can only get mine to stay together I might have a 8.9x pass under it...
Of course you wouldn't know that by the Dyno session..

Well. I am always happy to beat a dead horse when someone brings up the subject as was done above.

Then again all this was covered pretty well in the following threads quite a while ago.
