I assume our resident carb fart fan has a good reason to be getting rid of his manual tranny despite his large investment in this passing setup. I could always say I told you so but scott will bend over backwards to say his car is perfect at the same time it belches on every dyno run and track event not to mention his continual revisions to his setup.
As I have said before, with blow throughs setups they can be set up for balls to the wall WOT operation just fine but its nothing you would want on your street car.

1. He admitted to what on his suspension ? It is mini-tubbed to fit a big enough tire, has coil overs, and everything else is the stock location (upper/lower control arms). I wouldn't expect for you to know what a is considered stock suspension.
2. For the 400th time, it had a hesitation right after it was completed that was easily fixed. Passing set-up ?
There are more pepole doing this set-up now than ever. Manual tranny is gone because you can not leave on boost with a manual and it would not be able to hold the power the next motor will be making. And since you know little about racing, any fast turbo car goes with a auto for the reasons I have listed plus the car stays on boost the entire run unlike a manual trans..3. My car is as streetable as it was when it was stock. You constanttly say otherwise but like most of your other threads about anything have no proof to the contrary. You just can't fathom it so it must not be true in your mind. Ask any of the dozens of people that were at the dyno day last Saturday, no hesitations, farts, etc. on any of the runs. Just a solid run up to the redline.
If anything the carb / blow-thrus are starting to catch on for the very reason I did it, easy to tune, drive, and makes tons of power easily.

When it comes to carb farts I would like to see how streetable this car is and whether it has a stick or auto tranny.

He just finished the video a little while ago. I suggested the song while talking to him today, tell me what you think of it.
I plan on using the same song later on.

Looks like he's bumping in with the transbrake while coming up on boost. I'm pretty sure he's leaving at a lower boost level so I'm surprised he doesn't bump in then bring it up on boost quickly (since he's probably blowing off the majority of the boost on the line), but I'm not sure how most turbo cars do it (and the Pro 5.0 guys make it easy, but then it's a world of difference with a clutchless lenco setup).
