HAHAHAHA, yea, now that i think about it i was picturing the coupe in my head. I'd take the Camry over the Accord sedan, shit i'd take a Solara over the coupe too, i'm so not loyal.

Drive the Explorer, the depreciation on a new car is not worth the increased gas price difference. Of course, I'd not buy a new car anyhow.

Both the Accord and the Camry are ugly IMO. too much ground effects on the Camry to try to make up for its tall stance. Save money, get better performance and looks...buy the 3.5 SE Altima. Or perhaps the Mazda 6.
Both more enjoyable driver cars with good records and decent on fuel.
Keep in mind that the little 4 banger has to work harder to move that big Camry. Sure it gets good gas if you drive like grandma...but you'll end up stabbing the pedal all the time just to keep up with traffic and your good gas milage goes bye bye.

My mom has owned two camrys in a row. Her current on gets 38-40 mpg....and has given her 0 problems.

+1 for a good reliable gas tank friendly car.

Yep, and she's got an auto. But it's just the 4 banger motor.

3.5 se Altima defeats the "gas savings" purpose.

And as far as resale value, I know all about it....but if you knew what my payments are on the Expy, you's understand.

2.4L I4 157HP 24/33 mpg

3.0L V6 210HP 21/29 mpg

3.3L V6 225HP 20/32 mpg

it is funny how the bigger engine doesn't get the worse highway mileage

hmmm....but what about the EXPENSE of that larger motor? It's only another $4k to get the 3.3l SE.
