They won't convert em, but most cars like silvas and integras just need windsheild glass to be street legal.

you, my friend know nothing at all.

Read the laws, then comment. Glass is only 5% of what is needed. Please do not disseminate misinformation

Then just swap all the stuff over to another mr2 and consequently sell off the remaining shell as a RHD swap for an mr2 + lots of parts that board.mr2faq.com would buy in a jiffy

After shipping the parts over to the US I would then proceed to transplant the VIN plates and numbers from the US car to the import.

Its not like its stolen and its very unlikely to be discovered.

i say cut it in half ship it as a front and a rear clip. buy a us spec shell, and use all the parts from the two clips to build a rhd jdm copy. but dont bother shipping the motor and trans. becouse you had a na, be it a 3sge get the 2nd gen 3sgte and a 93 up turbo trans. so once all togather the car can be fast. i'll help you build it if you want.

i like slash's idea of just shippin the shell with out the motor...cuz then its less work to weld everything together...and im sure just shipping the shell would be a lot cheaper and easyer then going through the whole process of doing it legally with the engine...

I dont think they will let you just ship a shell or you would sell alot of people doing it.
