anyway, id consider the RSX Type-S. It fits the price and its pretty quick, and it is a good first car considering handling, not too much power, and reliability.

I wouldn't waste that Charger on someone who doesn't know or apreciate what it is. Like I said before, welcome to the Cavilier wagon. Put a chain link license plate frame on it and an assload of "100% pure bitch" sparkle stickers on it that match your 200 keychains and call it a day.

My 1st car was an '86 plymouth duster, biggest piece of shit ever!
If I were you I would go either w/a wrx or a mazda 6.
Just remember not to let someone decide for you, b/c if its not the car u really want you'll be pissed after a few months.

I agree that something like an RSX-S would be a good car for you. Maybe something like an SER Spec V, or a VW GTI, or a VW Jetta GLI. Just some that I think would be a good first car for you.
When I turned 16 my parents bought me an 85 Chevy S-10. It had a 1.9L 4cylinder with no power anything. No power steering, no power brakes, no power windows or locks of course. It was a 4-spd manual that went 0-60 in 15 minutes. Had no air, it didn't come from the factory with air, and continued that way for the 2 1/2 years I drove it. It had no radio or speakers, not even a damn antenna... I put new rims and tires on it, hooked it up with a lil thump, which sounded nice, got it repainted. It was a good little truck, it got where I needed to go. The worst part about it was no air in Florida, but it was a good first vehicle for me I think.
