Always had a soft spot for the Triumphs. I bought a 1978 MGB, but almost went for a TR3 before I got the MG. There was also a sweet Austin Healy (well, it was a POS, but I saw the potential), but I didn't have the $5K at the time. TR6's remain a fav of mine today. I put 100K miles on that old MG. It burnt as much oil as gas by the time I was done with it. Technically, it's still mine, but my dad turned it into a project car - his mini Cobra, I guess. I need to dig up the pictures of it. It isn't finished yet, but it is a very nice looking roadster. 4.3L Chevy, 5 speed, 8" rear end in it now. Very custom.

not tryin to be a dick...but most of ur mods r apperance mods and the performance mods u DO have...are ones of minimal power..how do u get 268hp/275tq outta that? and why do u run 112 octane...there is no need for it unless ur running like ultra high compression,boost or n20....

I was about to say the same thing. Higher octane makes less HP. You run higher octane because you HAVE to so that you do not denonate. Thats it. And you are running bigger injectors and pump? What for, to waste gas and lose power? The richer you run the less power you make. Again, an upgraded fuel system is for safety, not to make more power. You don't go out and get bigger injectors/pump just because the high HP guys do. All your doing is losing HP and wasting gas.

Stick with the stang. If you build an import then there will be one less stang to beat up on

I would rather drive something that is fast and looks like this than anything the domestic manufacturers have had to offer for the past 25 years.
