400HP is right. I will add that you should clean the area with rubbing alchohol.

my ford truck (pos) had the same problem, just clean with alcohol or something and super glue the bitch back on. i had to put that thing back up like 10 times in a year, what a pos...

Dude, that thing was always coming off cause you never put it on right.

Super glue isn't the right adhesive.

If you do it right the only way it will ever come off is if you bust that fucker off.

Rubbing alchahol will leave a film on the glass, only use acitone. Some fingernail polish removers still have acitone in them, look for that @ wally world.

i cant recall the name of the stuff we used up at the shop up north , but it was a two part glue. walmart might carry it ? i dont know. but it had the glue and a hardener in one package. stuff was great. might want to keep an eye out for something like that to use.
