im buying a new car it is a...
don't buy a Hyundai unless you plan on keeping it for good, the resale value is very low, they seem reliable with the Kia engines, the VW diesel is a torque monster and very efficient but maintenance wise it requires specialty tools to work on and timing belts changed every 35-40K miles its all good if you don't mind paying extra to maintain it at the dealer, it is a sweet ride,the VW Jetta.
First off a Hyundai is in no way a better car than ant toyota. They have a terrible repair average. And they do not use Kia motors, Hyundai owns 51% of kia. There is no resale in a Kia or a Hyundai. It is so hard to finnance a used one. Banks no they are junk and dont want to put up any money on them which is why the resale is so bad. I worked for Gettel Toyota/Kia and the first Kia i ever sold(manager made me sell it) came back on a tow truck the same day with a blown motor. Never sold one since
Kia= killed in accident.

i plan on keeping it for 300k miles more if it can handle it.in the consumer reports hyundia tied with honda for reliablity. They seem like good cars. I test drove both within minutes of each other, Hyundia excelled everywhere. put the echo to shame.

go there and tell me Hyundai is as good as honda.
This is actuall #`s not fantasy
Toyota and honda are at the top
Hyundai and Kia at the bottom.
You wont get 300k miles out of it.
If you wont a car you can count on to do your job with by a toyota or a honda NOT a hyundi/kia.
But its your money.
