I believe Mars 302 is right the track heats are just a reincarnation of the old original high port heads.

nah, if memory serves me the track heats are just the non emissions twisted wedge. the rereleased versions are known as the Hi ports.

And hey, I have posted here once in a while, just look at the date I joined. Maybe I will see some of you guys out and about this weekend.

steve is right, trackheats are based off the TW design!

thanks again for all of your help, i wish i could come out and talk more with ya steve but ill be in cocoa beach this weekend on a mini vacation!

I can tell you this, that Edelbrock intake WILL NOT support the airflow that that engine is going to need. Period. End of story.

If you're on a budget why don't you go carbed?

This is a dumb question , but what kind of modifications have to be done to accomodate power steering when stuffing a Windsor into a fox? Also would it make a difference if the donor car was a 4 banger instead of a V8?

A performer EFI intake wont support it??

btw that carb isnt for me,

Hell no. You go big motor, you need big airflow. That intake will not flow the cfm needed to make that Windsor breathe. Victor Jr. or TFS R is much better suited for a 351.
