Its final!
nah, if memory serves me the track heats are just the non emissions twisted wedge. the rereleased versions are known as the Hi ports.
And hey, I have posted here once in a while, just look at the date I joined. Maybe I will see some of you guys out and about this weekend.

Do you own a Torch Red FRC and tremble every time you drive under I75 on Hwy 60 and look in your rearview mirror? If so you are suffering from what is known as Cobraphobia.

I can tell you this, that Edelbrock intake WILL NOT support the airflow that that engine is going to need. Period. End of story.

If you're on a budget why don't you go carbed?
This is a dumb question , but what kind of modifications have to be done to accomodate power steering when stuffing a Windsor into a fox? Also would it make a difference if the donor car was a 4 banger instead of a V8?

Werd, this sounds like a weekend car to me, not something to drive through traffic every day. I'd really consider carb on this too (of course mine would have twin turbo's on it as well
)This is a dumb question , but what kind of modifications have to be done to accomodate power steering when stuffing a Windsor into a fox?
It would take a fairly rare drivers side accessory bracket to mount it up (different than a 5.0 car). I personally would either cut the hoses or find a Ford manual rack (I found 2 in Cophers and nothing wears out on them except for the $5 rubber boots)
Would it make a difference if the donor car was a 4 banger instead of a V8?
From a power steering perspective, some 4 cyl and some V8's didn't have the "sport" suspension package that includes the higher ratio "tighter" power rack. Any rack is just a bolt in, but a "sport" power rack has the same ratio as a factory manual rack so if people complain about hard steering with a GT that has a bypassed steering pump, they need help because alot of Fairmonts and early base model stangs steer the same and many are driven by old women
Im stuck on EFI, for now!
