More like 11.2-11.4 is safe. Safe for an NA car is 11.8

That needs to be higher. Timing that low will lose a lot of power. Put some 100 NL in the tank, put timing to 18 degree's above 4800 RPM's and fatten it up a little to lower 11's.. should pull clean. If it doesnt.. then its springs.

Do you know what your timing is at off boost at it's highest point?

Do you have a wideband in the car? Or a way to watch the AF.

i just got off the phone with the tuner and he dont want to add anymore timing into it
