well as of right now all the problems have cleared up. all i fixed was a collapsed vacuum hose going to the MAP sensor. and it was like night and day difference. now it run great with no hesitation and sputtering. and i was just wondering about the ignition i think thats going to be my nest upgrade. should i convert to mass air? and is it hard to do?

The grass isnt always greener on the other side of the fence....Converting to MAF wont make your car faster... I would ride out the speed density untill it cant support your setup...

you can make speed density cars very fast...My first stang I had at 15yrs old was an 88'lx with an AOD that had STOCK HEADS,CAM, AND INJECTORS and ran 10.80's at 125 on a 200 shot!

I sent you a PM with all the details of the setup....

As far as converting to MAF it rather simple...

I was gonna say hope this helps but the PM is whats should really help u out!!
