Rear Wheel problem help
I could never get the 275/60's on Wendy's car, i didn't want to roll the lip. 8in wheel 5.5bs, even took an inch off both sides of the rear, still rubbed. But her car sat real low.

I ran a 28x10 tires on my 89 GT. But I never lowered the car and I think thats where most have problems. Its a tight fit even when the rear is jacked up. I ran air shocks in the back of my 89,.. (This was back in 1989 and it was the thing to do).
He may have to raise the rear up a bit if he plans to run that tire size. Either that or bite the bullet and settle for 275/50 tires.
