alky DEFINITELY raises the octane, unless you are spraying it on the outside of the motor for some reason?
Do some more checkin on it. Running e-85 or better (e-9, through the fuel system, you have 85% or better mix. Injecting alcohol is done at a much lower percent

If you really want alcohol, save the hassle and do pump gas with an alcohol injection setup under boost. You can buy alcohol by the drum locally.
We fill drums of E85 in Orlando but I know what you're saying. My only complaint with meth injection is that when shit fails it fails BAD. When meth injection works it works great. I've made damn near 1000whp with a six (6) cylinder on 94 octane with two M14 nozzles on straight 100% meth

Those pumps dont last too long and are prone to leaks. There is no fail safe....kinda like your fuel solonoid and a big nitrous kit failing, it dont end well .

I've seen one or two failures over the years They usually include a little oil fire

I don't and will not run meth injection on my personal cars/bikes. And when I say one or two. I meant ten or twenty. Hell maybe more. Hence the

Whole purpose of starting this thread I havent seen anyone that sells racegas (locally) carring it either. I was told of a place in Ocala that you can fill up barrels, but I havent confirmed. Actually its E-98

E-100 would be pure ethanol. I thought the ATF regulates that.

No straight Ethanol, you have to run a bigger injector, some do triple pumps with custom hats but guys say converting is pretty painless, just make sure the fuel system is GOOD!
And to "Just Dave" you wouldn't do a road trip to get a fuel that has the capability to produce significantly more power than petroleum gas? I think it's a good tradeoff especially for a track car that's trailered.. And when you compare the price to high octane race fuel it's a No-Brainer, go for it GNs-r-slow!
