Just heard a sound clip of that steeda cam and wow sounds great. I am going to start piecing everything together here soon. Would obviously like to do cam heads and intake all at the same time. Would this be a good time to maybe pick up that steeda timing chain kit as well?

When the 306 Block was built was the timing chain already replaced?

its possible with high comp and supporting mods.been done before. i was making that with p heads, tf street intake, bcam, 24lbers fuel pump msd tune etc.

i made 300hp to the wheels and 320tq with a 306 edelbrock performer rshared_pm h/i and a b cam 24# injectors domed pistons explorer throttle body(with midified linkage of course) premium gas and a good tune through a t5 and 373's i drove it to work and school every day until i took the car off the road to completely re-do the car once and for all instead of piece it together a little at a time. hell the car even had a/c and power steering. gas mileage wasn't that bad either if i kept my foot out of the floor board i got 18/20. it wasn't exactly environmentally friendly hell i think it is out clubbing baby seals right now. lol

I currently have the Steeda #19 in my Cobra. I noticed a LITTLE improvement over stock, but not much.

I was making 340 ish with that combo right there. NX274HR cam and a 600 CFM 4150. Very simple setup. A little more cam and some more RPM 350hp would be very doable.
