loosing 35lbs
No, 35 + 4 x15 = 95, I round up. The last sentence was a joke as in 15lbs of air, i thought it might fit in with our current crop of ford thick, I mean tech.
Thanks for the compliments Tyler. As you can see, I am not a purist, but the capri parts are just to hard to come by.

The QA1's will take the sway bar mount. The motorsport ones I put on will also take the sway bar, they are basically the stock lowers w/ a better bushhing and frictionless 96^ style ball joint.

hey vert i red your k install i just mounted mine the other day but i cant seem to get it aligned correctly maybe some diy info would help when i torque the bolts it moves on me just a bit and i want it to be aligned good .. btw got those matching control arms for that kit but you need coilovers 100.oo if rick dnt take em first
These were on the k when I weighed it
Ford101, w/ all eight bolts in hand tight i used the sway bar mount to get some measurements on the front to back. The k takes care of the side to side. I tightened the lower bolts first, and this did slide it forward a bit. I also cross taped the lower mounting point to sway bar mount to make sure I was sqaure to start with.
