I'm going to do a 392ci with a 3.85 stroke.

This combination will allow me to zero deck it with a 'normal' thickness head gasket for good quench and still get me the 8.4 - 8.5 CR I am looking for.

I am not aiming to push more then 15 PSI through the motor,.. with 10 - 12 PSI being the main focus for 93 octane pump gas.

With 392ci at 15 psi this should net me 800+ torque and 600 - 700hp. That is my goal.

That may be a good direction for me to source out a semi decent 'affordable' turbo. I will try to find out some more info and find who and where they are selling. I've read that those guys were pushing upwards of 90 PSI into 7.3's with the stock turbo.

Thanks Brian,

Hurst

Hurst
I was pushing 26lbs on a stock 6.0 with just a programmer and exhaust. I'm throwing this route around myself.
