Question about air suspension on a 94 lincon continental

Default Question about air suspension on a 94 lincon continental

what would i need to swap from air ride to conventional struts in the rear the bags are blown and i really dont want to pay 2500 bucks to fix it lol

goto the junkyard and get the coil springs from a crown vic that has springs in the rear, then swap

dont think that will work. that style continental is not a panther chassis, its based on the taurus platform.

only the 80-81 continentals are panther chassis

Do a google search. There is a company (alot actually) on the east coast of FL that sells coil spring conversions for cars. I have the number at work i can look for.

now does the struts off of a taurs wagon bolt right up of is their some custom fab. needed and what about the pump and such?
