You wouldn't want to just hang a turbo off a NA 2.3. Much better to source the whole engine/ecu/harness/excessories and do the whole swap.

There is a lot of aftermarket parts for 2.3, but not real cheap
Small block swap cheaper and more bang for the buck and you wont have to look real hard for good parts
