that site is funny. Especially since I just moved into my new house in Panther trace. While I am not a Riverview native I am a full blooded Tampon born and raised here in Tampa. Sounds like that site is mainly hating the northerners

I would watch out for those houses in Panther Trace. Most of them are built by very shoddy builders. We watched them go up. Personally we can't wait to get out of Riverview.

This is no way to rag on you. But why in the world would anyone want to move to Riverview? I have lived here for over 25 years and it totally sucks now. Overbuilt. Roads so over crowded you can't get anywhere. I mean five years ago this was country.
And what is the draw to live ten feet from the house next door? This whole mess just blows my mind and it is only getting worse. I can't wait to move to North Florida and get out of here. They have ruined what used to be home. Again nothing directed at you I just don't get it.

in new tampa, its no different. 5 years ago there was nothing but cows out here, just nothing, now its so over populated with these two lane roads. its horrible, i hate it! and they just keep building and building and wont widen the roads, theres just so many damn people.
