Ugh, I can't wait to leave this shithole of a state either. Crackheads, overcrowded roads, and construction EVERYWHERE!

And I live in Pasco County and its getting stupid out here, they are 'fixing' roads that were perfectly fine and making them worse and building more houses, we still have some cows left.

 

Its not that cold here. I'd welcome a little snow too just to get the truck in 4-wheel drive and fuck with the locals here that cant drive in the snow I can handle a few months of less that 70 degress and have 9 months of good weather, NO HURRICCANES and NO TRAFFIC. I am going to get some cows and horses and chicken and some pigs in the spring. I bought my farm for less money than a crackhouse in Florida. The only problem is the closest track is 1/8th mile. I can always drive to Florida in the winter and drive slow and piss you guys off.

 

Honestly it wasn't my first choice on places to move. I actually hate the fact that the houses are 10' apart, but in most subdivisions now thats all you will find unless you are looking at much more expensive houses. In my situation this is my first house. My fiance and I were looking and this house and it was the best deal for what we wanted in our price range. I too would rather be in the country but what can you do. I had to take what I could get in the crazy housing market back when I bought it. I think as soon as I signed the contract is when the housing market took a shit. Just my luck. We have been in here for over a month and it's not bad. I like it. I am sure my neighbor love me firing up my coupe open headers. I just cant wait for a fence (which we have to get permission and approval for ).

yea well, i do have to say there is one down side and thats tornados and ive had my fair share of them there.
i may not live there anymore but when i do go there my uncle he knows all the car people cause thats what he does is buy and sell ect... so its fun to go see some badass cars up there and all. and another great thing is you can get so much of a house for great prices with land too.

you know where they film horsepower tv in nashville? well i know everyone there,my uncle got the hook up so hes a plus to have.

 

well aren't we all family now. I'm over in Spring Hill, TN (just was through your area on Monday Joe). Spring Hill is getting pretty built up, but no where near what FL was/is. Yes the tornadoes suck, but they're few and far between (although we did have 12k worth of damage 6 months after we moved into our BRAND NEW house). I'm looking at getting land in the next year or so out in dickson or possibly south west of us. Looking to pick up 10 acres or more.. either way, it's currently 68 degrees here right now.. yes it gets cold, but i can deal with it. nothing like when I used to live in Chicago...
