We thought so to but there are advantages to haveing a Daughter with her real estate brokers license. She found us land north of Maitland for 2k an acre. Out in the middle of no where and wooded. Looking at 100 acres and no body even close to us. Build a house right in the middle. Three years and counting

 

Didn't cows make much better neighbors? The county made the developers kick in money for the roads here. Luckey us they will begin to 6 lane 301 by us this fall. And you know when the state does something it takes forever.

 

Tenn > Florida. This is why I moved out of Fla. Too many people and too many old people and crack heads for me. I can drive anywhere with NO traffic. I live in the "country" but only 7 mins from town. I can drive as fast as I want on the backroads here.

 

But Dude isn't it really cold in Tennessee? I envy you tho cold or not.

 

i was born and raised in tennessee and i love it there compared to the traffic here. i was just up there 2 wks ago and no traffic. except in the busy areas of course. what i love about there is...you have all the homes and everything all spread out and everywhere and nothing is near like busy built out areas, unlike here you have a a damn target and mall and everything else in this world right beside you.
i miss it there....

 

it snows in Tenneessee, yea its cold. It be awesome to be in the middle of nowhere, but fuck that shit could get old after a year. Id have to house in both places.

 

i miss those damn cows haha cause now its impossible to even leave an area cause of course they dont put up traffic lights, no matter how many accidents happen there. FL. high system is the worst i know of. 275 has always been under contruction since ive lived here, they build one lane then go back and do another. just like I4 going to orlando, the road work is almost done but you'd think the dumbass's would have 3+ lanes acorss on both sides years and years and years ago being how its tourist capital but no they go with 2 lanes

 

very true on that point too. during winter it blows, during summer time its nice but like i said i love the beach more....but i love the country too.
be nice to have a house there and a condo here

 

BRRRRRR That's why we are headed to north Florida. About the only upside to all this development BS is the fact that our bayfront lot is now worth close to a million dollars and that will sure get us where we want to be and money to live on too.
