Ok guys need some input - I currently have 2.8 pulley, jlt cai, slp loudmouth 2 catback - if i do a catted h pipe (mrt) I am wondering with the tune how much more power will I get ? The tuner said 20 with the catback, so I am debating if its worth doing the h pipe ...

sCT..depends on where you want to go with the car..take it from myself and other cobra owners...how far do you really want to go with the car and what are you willing to spend? I would not put cats in myself but if you think you need to for legality then so be it...the stock pipes are garbage but if you going to be starting out fresh, go with longutbes unless you plan on going to a turbo setup in the future...

sniper tuning is some guys that used to work for diablo sport i believe and I even think the SCT guys were with Diablo at one time or another...I have heard and seen ok results from Lamotta's and even though he has a great first name, I do not think it can compare to what you can get on Causeway blvd in brandon aka Coastal .

feel free to pm me on this board if you want or email me at jacob.decker@us.army.mil

Debating still between a road tune (Hermann in Tampa) or dyno tune at sniper, but from what I'v heard/searched road tune is better. I don't mind driving to Tampa, but I need to know details about the road tune like will it really make that much of a difference?

Never heard of a "Road Tune".... Can he look at the air/fuel and see how much the injectors are working? I like seeing how much power the car is making and where. Im not sure what the road tune does but let us know.

Its when you tune the car while driving. It usally more of a driveabilty thing, from what i understand. Or it lets you fine tune the car better. Which in turn it would have better driveabilty.(Just repeated myself..) You normaly put in on the dyno first to get a good baseline for settings and then go and do pulls on the street and tune it. Sam doesnt do this?
