Yall watch the stuff on History Channel yesterday? Apparantly Clinton had him in the crosshairs a few times in the late 90s, but didnt OK the go ahead because worries of public opinion. At the time 90% of people didnt know who he was, so it was figured that if he made a big to do about getting him people would question why.
That and I guess Osama should have been started to make the big news at about the same time the Lewinski thing was happening, and when he did attemp to draw attention to it, it was said he was trying to divert attention away from him getting hummers.
