Just wondering.. Seems like older stuff refers to him with one name, then later another.
I wondered if it is one of those things where his name is close to a derogatory remark. For instance, apparantly the way Bush Sr pronounced Saddam's name wasnt accent, it was a taunt because the way he said it was a dis.
