I guess that's the less expensive route.

Anyone setup dual pumps before? Not sure what it would take to add another one.

Pretty simple actually,Your biggest hurdle will be a baffled section in the tank IMO.Steeda sells a kit but it's capability isn't super impressive.03 Cobra tank and pumps is one option that works well.Somebodies used 03 Cobra pumps and an hour w/ your stock tank in my hands and you wuld hve a relatively cost effective solution.LMK if I can help.

Well, if it were your car, would you go the cheaper route above or get a '03 tank and some SVT Focus fuel pumps? (when presented the two options)

I would buy the tank and do the focus pumps, your seemingly challenged budget would sway me to the modified tank($75.00)and used 03 Cobra pumps($60.00)on a thread earlier from JDL1000.Furthermore I re-read the original post.At the power level your at and given the (if I read it right)60 PSI at WOT,42 lb. injectors and the 80 mm lightning MAf I would suspect the MAF is pegging.Just my 2 cents.

Yeah. I'm poor. Thank you for keeping that in mind. My first kid is due next month so money is by-by for dad for a while...
However, I'm 99% sure our company met their numbers this year so that means a bonus. Just need to butter-up the ol' lady so I can keep some of that for my own.

Your advice is exactly what I'm looking for. But just to elaborate on the fuel pressure, it spikes to 60 but holds around 55 and gets a little bouncy around 5,500RPM. It never goes below 50#'s though...
I've always thought the MAF suspect since I've read so many bad things about them. What unit would you recommend?

03-04 Cobra,01 and up Lightning, both good to 500 rwhp, both can be obtained for $100-$125 online.as far as the 50 psi at the end of the run that is a good indication that the pump is struggling to keep up,(just glanced at your sig)but if 10 psi? is where your at that 50 sounds exactly accurate.40 psi at WOT N/A,1 psi on top of 40 per 1 psi of boost in most cases.I still blame the meter.Hope that helps.

That's perfect! Thank you very much for your time!

Oh wait- '03-'04 Cobras are running 39# injectors stock. That presents an issue doesn't it? Lightnings run 42# stock so that would be the better choice, right?
