Default Tampa speed Shops?

I've caught the speed bug again, and want to get a built bottom end, stage 3 heads and a p51 intake (maybe the XL500 fox lake race version). ive already have the vt stage 2 cams and stage II.5 heads, which are awesome (the cams)! I hope im not beating a dead horse here, but i need some input on a good reliable shop to do the bottom end around tampa. I see there is Ramsey performance, Race related, Coastal Dyno, and Im sure there is more. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

PS: are the Brisk premium Spark plugs worth all the hype over the Denso Iridiums? And is the Plasma Booster ignition junk, or worth some extra HP at the wheels?

a more affordable option for the plugs are the ngk iridiums, 1/2 the price and better from what i have seen, give me a call at the shop and we can price together a motor package if you care to.
