Default Convert. Top Issues

Ok I was wondering if anyone knew how to realign a convertible top to a 89 Mustang LX? If anyone can help out a little, it would be much appreciated.

Well when we put the sub-frame connectors on, the top was down. And now the top is out of alignment. It doesn't seal up tightly.

Doors are fine. You've got to be shitting me. We welded mine in. This is so depressing.
