Default Holley Carb help One last ???

I have been asking here and there on how to tweak this carb for max perf. I still need to bounce some things off you guys...
It is a brand new 600 DP. I bought the Holley Jet kit. The carb comes stock with #66 mjets. I spoke to the guys at A&E and he asked what the symptoms are....here's what they are;

from a start if I hit it hard it bogs and then takes off after I feather the pedal...the guys at A&E say I should go down a squirter size.

Laurie Holly says I should bump up a jet size from stock....
Rubberneck agrees....

Last is...my accel arm get's kinda stuck when I mash the pedal....sticks at 3K...I get out and bump it and it goes back to normal idle speed....how do I adjust the accel pump to keep this from doing the same shizzle...

PS
motor is 351W with very mild cam and internals....C4 behind it.....Weiand Stealth intake..stock but totally rebuilt heads....

any volunteers to help?? I'm buying lunch...beer/beverages and party favors...
Thank in advance...

the squirter is on top of the carb, you can change it without disassembling the front too.

How 'bout the power valve ?Did ya have a backfire anywhere along the line. Sometimes it only takes 1 pop to blow out the power valve. Makes for a lousy tip in.

check for vaccum leaks, make sure your intake bolts are all tight and all your extra vacuum ports are plugged.

squirter is the way to go,have you looked at the plugs?
this will give you an idea if the jetting is off

Squirters will cause this bog you have as well if the accelerater pump is not adjusted right

and tell me how to adjust the accel pump.......
I just changed the squirter from the original #28 to a #25...then I pulled off the front(didn't touch the back yet) and re jetted from original #66 to a #68 and the car moves right right out of the box....should I play some more?? or should I play and check plugs...then go up in size until I see to rich...then back down??
