Input on gears
I currently have 373's but I've heard from a few different people that 355's seem to work a little better with a supercharger. Has anybody else heard this?

Does the car go through the gears so fast that you don't have enough time to shift? If not, keep the gears you have. 3.55's are good for blower cars, but they were thinking more of T-Trim at 15 pounds, not A-Trim at 5 pounds. What is your setup?

GT40 crate engine
GT40 aluminum heads
Vortech SC Trim supercharger(polished)
E cam
Cobra upper & lower intake (polished)
70MM BBK throttle body
75MM Pro M mass air
30lb injectors
.373 gears
Flowmasters w/off road H-pipe
BBK shorty headers
B&M short throw shifter
Tokico struts
Steeda springs
Cobra R 5-lug wheels
255lph fuel pump
It goes through the gears real fast right now because I have shitty rear tires and it just spins, I just wasn't sure if I'm getting the full effect with these gears.

well i have 355's in a N/A car and it feels about right any steeper and i would just blow thru the gears. if i were you i would run your car thru the 1/4 if you run out of gear before the end of the track then change 'em if not your good to go.

I have 3.73's in mine too. I like the way the car launches but now I kinda wish I would have gone with 3.55's since I drive it on the interstate on occasionally.

It's just a weekend car, not worried about interstate driving or mpg. I need to throw a set of descent tires on the rear and see how it reacts to that, I just can't tell right now because it's spinning all the way through 2nd. I basically have to keep feathering the throttle on launch.
