I'm lookin to put duel exhaust on my 03 mustang v6 and i was wonderin what was the best brand to go with. I was lookin at one made by Steeda but i have no idea who is the most reputable. Anybody know of one that is good quality and most of all sounds good?

 

The MAC sounds great on a V6 stang, have not heard the Steeda, some peopel say they have problems with the fitment on the MAC peices, but I have yet encountered anything serious with MAC stuff.

 

MAC does sound great, people have had fitment problems with them. I have heard the Steeda one and it is not as loud as the MAC, but fitment is not as much of an issue with it.

 

I really really really like the sound of Flowmasters. They've got a nice 1 to 2 peice that I have on my Firebird. Seen as your car has a bit more displacement than mine, it would sound even meaner. It sounds 'BEAUTIFUL' down low, with sound quality dropping to 'nice' up high. On a cold day, it almost feels like I drive a v8...until I step on the gas.

 

magnaflow sounds good for a v6 it gives it a little deeper sound.

 

I know that you can get a fart pipe, I mean a "big bore exhaust" and it will give you like 125 rwhp.......... and don't forget the wing!

 

Big bore exhaust? Is that seriously what they call them?
