Dry ice and a rubber mallet will do the trick. Basically work an area at a time. Put the dry ice on the spot and wait until the insulation freezes. Then pound it a few times with the rubber mallet. Most of it should shatter or at least make it very easy to pry off the floor board.

There is a place that sells dry ice on 301 just north of Brandon Ford. Some Publix may carry it as well.


You can also do the heat gun and spatula trick..but that is just way too damn messy.

I imagine mine may as well. I was sitting bored off my ass in traffic and I was easily using my finger nail to flake off the insulation around my parking brake (sporting the ghetto interior w/no center console). Whatever that stuff is that Ford uses, it doesn't hold up over time.
