Default Know how to striP???

I have a project on my car. I really need to strip some wait off of the car itself before I can add anything. I don't know anyone who can do this. I am asking if anyone knows a person that can provide this service.

I'll take your engine. That should help with your WEIGHT reduction.

gut the interior. remove the a/c, heat, and related components. go on a diet. remove the spare tire. replace all glass with lexan (or equivalent) and lose the mechanisms inside the doors. fiberglass panels.

that should be a good start

What do you mean strip metal? Strip the paint or strip the sound insulation? Both require very different methods for removal.

Lexan is readily available in large sheets at Lowes. They will even cut the stuff for you if you have measurements or a template.

There is a place called GE polymers on 49th St just north of 126th Ave. on the east side of the road in Clearwater. They have a vast variety of thicknesses and tints.
