pretty impressive... on 245 DRs even.
his sig reads..
he hasnt even done the "free" mods of removing the silencer and MAF screen.. just clocked the fender inlet...

O.K., I was running 245 Nitto DR's, but (except as noted below in the sig) the motor is stock. Weather was about 80, with a bit of a headwind.
Timeslip as follows:
1.939
5.541
8.360 @ 84.83
10.874
12.995 @ 106.19
Air pressure was 21, shift points were 6100 (+/- 100), and I shifted into 4th at 6100 as well.
The Nittos hooked MUCH better than the stock tires, yet I still chirped the tires at all 3 changes.

I should have tried to see what my car would do in good weather without the mods except tires. I know I could have gotten this damn thing in the 12's. :/

That's a really nice 1/8th mile time. Them mach's can move when stock, and they only cost $22,995 ... that's a helluva car to beat up on and still have a warranty

last I heard MSRP is $29K.. i havent yet seen anyone get one for $23K but that fucking pisses me off.

I hear you there. It's more or less the same car as an 01 Cobra but with a solid axle instead of IRS.

but honestly i think my time in Fords is done.. too much of a heart/headache .... Fords business practices are all fucked up.. tons of quality issues and now this..i am done.. i am thinking a nice new Pontiac GTO .. leave it stock.. and be done with modding late model cars.. build a autox/track impreza.
