Personally, I would just bypass the whole intake intercooler thing and go FMIC. Bolt on vs. waiting forever for a custom fabbed intake would drive me nuts. I have automotive ADD.

 

Nice car. I'd love to have a turbo mustang. One day I will, in only 4 or 5 years when I'm out of college and have a good job.

 

There are a couple kits out for the 03 cobra. X2C motorsports, Pro Turbo, and innovative might have one (but its not 03 cobra specific). Most of them include a new intake manifold.

X2C motorsports made 734rwhp@ around 20psi. Stock motor, just bolt ons and turbo. Their kit is about 7k WITH install. Here is their link:

Pro turbo just realesed their kit. Its about $5200, but it includes tubular front suspension and coil overs. They also have a kit for the Mach1 and I beleive it made 396-400rwhp and 426rwtq at only 5 psi. Here is the link to their 96-03 mustang / cobra /mach1 turbo kits:

Innovative has a kit for the 96-03 4.6L mustang that is supposed to fit, but I do not know any details about it.
