New to the American muscle scene and need help
I just got a 1993 gt and was thinking about going supercharger or turbo. Need help. Is there a GOOD shop around that I can get either one? If you do Which one should I get? Like I said I'm new to this. This will be mainly a DD but I also for some fun on the weekends. Nothing crazy. and what others mods could I do to the car. Thanks
if it was me i would go turbo which is what i did on my 94 cobra.as for parts it all depends on how much power you are looking to make.you can run some gt40 heads,Ecam trick flow intake and a 70mm turbo and make around 450...only other thing you might need to do is fule system.
if you are looking for parts let me know i have some stuff im selling now on craigslist heads,intake,t-5 transmission

FWIW, if you are just starting this project, I would make sure the car is jam up first. Do the brakes, clutch, any maintenance items. then go with the handling stuff. All of that is relatively inexpensive and makes for a great DD. Then,I'd work on the long term project things like turbos and blowers.
As an example, what is your budget? Decide that, then decide how much repair/ maintenance stuff will be. Once it is up and running dependably, then see how much you have left to spend and be reasonable, putting a blower on an engine with 250K doesn't make any sense. Fix the motor first.
