No different than many other projects we buy.... and I'm sure you could fix it up...

I'd look around a LOT and then make the move if she appears interested.
No doubt! I picked this up for $350 I figured we could do some father daughter wrenching when she gets use to it. Mom and Dad didn't know what to get her for Christmas so they asked if they could split the cost of the Go kart, so I have half of that in it.

It seems parts are pretty cheap. Not that I know how much it will help, but you can get a header for it for about 20 bucks. It'd be cool to find out what else can be done.

Yeah, I don't see competing in our future. Like I said, she would just be happy to run the thing down the track on a slow test and tune night like dad use to do, ya know?

and yeah, like I said, that was more of a possible maybe in the future if she seems interested.

I have a 16HP Briggs 'n' Stratton when she's ready to go fast! My brother built a couple of the small stroker Honda engines for his boss's kid. Some of those Jr. Dragsters are faster than "built" Hon... Oops, I mean certain cars

You can get the master links from any mower shop. With that type of engine thats were most of you're shopping is gonna be unless she really wants to get into it. Then you might wanna look up the Phantom series shifter karts. My oldest nephew races one and them lil basterds are fast! Dangerous, but uber fun!

Albritton Racing is the name. I used to get all my yard cart parts from them. Also down on 301 just south of Bloomingdale is George's mower Servie. He stocks everything for small engines

Garden Grove Lawnmower ... off Cypress Garden Blvd. before Hwy.27 in Winterhaven

BTW - have an extra engine stashed somewhere out here --- clean and starts right up!
