john got this 2001 ford expedition in the shop the other day. it blew a spark plug out of the #2 cylinder. he sent the heads off to get the spark plug holes heli-coiled.
mitchell states 22 hours of labor time to do the cylinder heads. holy snikees thats going to be a helluva labor bill!!!!
john had them off in 3 hours. mitchell doesn't exactly say to do it the way john did it, but his way is much faster. hehehehe

good idea, but me personally, if i seen this happening to my vehicle, there would be problems. but fuck it, not mine, how hard was it to get that body off btw, 12 RR bolts?

eh... if you took it to ford they would prolly do the same thing.
he says it was actually pretty simple. 8 bolts and some wiring.
