Again BAMF, I was just posting an email brotha. Not necessarily my P.O.V. - but an awesome topic for discussion here 
So I don't wanna hafta bust out my flame suit!! 
I do feel like welfare is a joke, esp. Section 8, unfortunately. And I do feel like there should be SOMETHING done to make the beneficiaries of these laxed programs actually WORK for what they receive.

I feel that actual citizenship should be required to recieve any kind of welfare. The only way to secure citizenship would be to serve in the military or some other govt office. W/O a govt job in your past, you don't deserve any kind of welfare. Just my .02

Better yet, fucking get rid of welfare......
but no, we'll cut funding to education, law enforcement, fire rescue and transportation.......yea, that's the ticket....

As start-up costs goes, we arlready have county/state organizatons that already has this in place, IE probatio, parole, and many more.
I like the idea of the testing submit application for welfare and a urine sample. As far as the people already on welfare, let thier check not be in thier account on the 1st of the month, they'll come to find out why, take a piss test.
I do believe we need some type of welfare in place, but should only be for elderly, disabled or handicaped.... along those lines.

The welfare in our country is a joke. I think they should have to bring back the food stamps rather then the little credit card so at least when you stand in line buying food like steak/shrimp/lobster we all know your trash and you can't hide it. Like big assed play money!

Welfare should be for those who CAN'T work. Or for those who are working but still struggling..

Yeah, but 95% of people are too stupid to stop..... ask many how many VOP bonds I do a week. Even when it comes to one's freedom they still take a "chance" and are still failures. "Why spend gov. money on ways around a piss test when I can buy another sack,rock, ect.. true story
