Don't know how I missed this one, but anyway...here you go. My .02 worth.

It's a little too much TIME on the top., and just enough on the bottom while you're doing the weave. As for the porosity, it COULD be that your gas isn't turned up high enough. Check your pressure. IIRC, about 25lbs should be it, but it's been a LOOOONG time since I've done TIG on the job.

If the gas is good and you're still getting porosity, check to see if you have a side wind at times.

If not, then it is likely just dirty metal/filler rod. If your filler has ANY rust on it at all or even corrosion, then trash it and get a new piece. (or better yet, give it to someone else) LOL TIG has to be VERY clean in order to weld. MIG and SMAW not so much, but TIG is finiky.
