Dude Chris.... Brighthouse is driving me crazy, you should tell those lazy ass digital phone techs to wire the modem out to the telephone interface.....

Those lazy bastards just wire the modem out into the nearest phone jack to "backfeed" all of the other jacks with dial tone, but then my RJ31X's are now backwards and the alarms won't send signals....

I was in Lansbrook yesterday, the Dr. told me he got Brighthouse 2 years ago... the F'n alarm hasn't worked for over two years because of lazy tech's....

If anyone here goes Brighthouse for phones AND has an alarm system, don't let the tech...Brighthouse OR Knight's, leave until you do a test to the central station...

It's getting rediculous... I go on 7 of these calls a week lately......

I know they don't give a shit.... hence the warning to anyone who has a security system and wants Brighthouse phones...

Don't let them leave until you test your security system to the monitoring center....

If you don't, and your shit gets jacked, companies like mine will not be held liable in court for any damages, because we state very clearly, that alarm systems need a standard telephone service...(Verizon)....

I personally have a cellular communicator for my system..... Just trying to look out for you guys here.... Brighthouse does not care if your security works, they just want your phone business.....

A question for you BH guys:

How do you guys identify a phone number from your customers house/bus. without using that number to call a phone with caller id? For example, with Verizon there is a number that when dialed will quote to you the number you are calling from.

And how many different phone numbers can BH provide for one customer?

I'm just curious, I'm a Verizon tech and sometimes someone will ask me questions like that and I'm like hell, I don't know lol.
