I a lookin for lead technicians to work through out the Tampa Bay area. Hillsborough County for the most part. You must have copper, coaxial and fiber optic technicians. I had bright house come out to install internet when I moved into kings manor Well heres what happened to me. Knight enterprise came out and a tech by the name of Robert Strange. asks where we would like our internet so I told him we have an office in the front and he says the connection is in the back cant we put it there I told him there is my sons room and a bathroom in the back and I want it in my office. He basically got mad from there. My wife saw him climb on the roof of our newly purchased mobile home and told him to get down I also heard him stomping around on the inside she tells me he almost hit our 4 year old son with a ladder. The install looks terrible he walked the line over our house and down the front and into the bottom middle front of our house and leaves a mess for us to clean up. Thats not even the bad news a couple of days go by and now our roof has several at least 4 leaks (It had none before this) So I call bright house and they send out knight enterprise to check it out I talk to a supervisor named brian and he says they have some one to repair this sort of thing or they might think about settling for maybe $300-500 dollars but hes not sure if he can do that yet So I said no I'm not sure of the extent of the damage I would like to have some one coma out and examine the roof and then let them know I just want my roof fixed so after calling them again several times because at this point i am being ignored they send out a repair guy who obviously says they need a lot to repair the roof then another supervisor named brian comes out with the other brian and says he guesses they will have to involve the insurance company and they probably will just laugh at me and not do anything about it. So I said well if that happens I will have to get an attorney on this then so he sends out a Jeff Dumbrowski from auto owners insurance who says "I have to be honest with you the tech says he didnt walk on your roof so were not going to help you have a good day. Si call brighthouse back and candace tells me that she will have ricco from quality control call me back in 25 minutes and follow up with me and after about a week of no call I call back and the customer rep tells me it says in the notes that the tech says he did not climb on the roof and I may as well as stop calling so I imminently ask for a supervisor. I get Angie and she says that she will pass it to we care department and they will call back and after another few days go by of no calls I call back and talk to Linda sherber of quality control who says that out roof is old and the tech says he did not climb the roof so thats that

Adambomb, we all are sorry for your probs, but seriously, holy run on sentence batman!! that was a tough read. Good luck I hope you get it straightened out, I myself had some britehouse installation probs (not as bad as yours) and made enough noise but polite and professional and they fixed all the issues.

Knight Enterprises is a joke, sorry you had a bad ordeal with their guys Adam.
I do security, and Brighthouse is always screwing up our monitored system connections.... even the Brighthouse techs are a joke when it comes to the digital phones.
In my experience with Brighthouse, I only ever get there internet service because everything else sucks.
