OK cool man....Ohh I have had nothing but pretty good luck with BH, def not complaining, I wish some things were cheaper, but ey thats life!!!

if i have them remove all NFL and all NFL related programming can i get cable cheaper? matter of fact go ahead and remove the NFL, PGA, MLB, NBA, NASCAR, anything with Poker in the title, go ahead and take away all the ESPNs except when they have NHRA on

thats James,ask him if he picked that job up from another tech.
His super is off today,they have a cover in that area.I'm sure that drop will be in his route tomorow.I think i'm in that area doing qc's somtime this week,I'll stop by and check it out.....i'll post the pics here

I just got what ya ment!!! DUH.LOL...He removed a large beez nest that was in the box for you incase ya did come out!! He said he was going to leave it ,but was affraid too, just incase ya allergic to bee stings!! What a nice dood

I'll try to get that area tomorow,we are hitting dade city,zephyrhills 33540-33541-33542-33544-33525-33523 and a few other areas hard.Now that brighthouse is starting to do inside qc work on all phone jobs,we want to get the techs on point.
And I give all employees at brighthouse props for having to deal with these customers on the phone and in person every day,you guys have no idea how many diffrent attitudes I have to deal with every day.
Chris what do you think of the new box's with the smart cards?
