Hello Everyone!/
My name is chris, Im new to the Tampa area from the Chicagoland area. Seems to be a little different of a car scene down here so im eager to get involved and learn. My car is a 2002 Grand Prix GTP. Slightly modded. 3.4 pulley, exhaust, bigger brakes all the way around and lowered an inch and half. Any other 3800 guys out there? or places near USF to meet up?

Hey guys, I'm new here as well. Just moved to the Tampa area from Mississippi about 2 months ago. I have had my 08 BMW e92 335i for 2 weeks and was looking to meet a few other local car enthusiasts. This seems to be the most active place by far that I have been able to find for anything to do with the Tampa area.

Hello all. Joined here a few days ago, though have known about the site for quite some time. I live in Lakeland... Again. Was living in St Pete for a few years and now miss it. Oh well. I have an '10 Nissan Cube dropped 1.5" all around and no other mods that my GF now drives, and my DD is a '91 Miata, full exhaust, full coil over setup, lightened a bit (roughly 140 lbs) and still a work in progress. Though that process is going slow.

I figured I'd join and see what all goes on here. Who knows, maybe come out to a meet or two sometime.

Chops,
Welcome to TR.
The cube looks good. 140 pounds from a Miata is remarkable.

Tonight there is a free car show at Ben's Restaurant, highway 60 in Brandon/Hillsborough
and around 830-9PM, a meet at the Autozone a few blocks away across from
Burger King near Parsons.

There are about 5 car events going on this weekend.
Check TR's local events.-Bob

Sup everyone? Lived in Tampa for about a a year and a half now. I drive a 93' Integra (unfortunately it's automatic ..) Anyways, nothing really done to it, have only had it for a year. Been slowly doing repairs on it. Only "aftermarket" about it is a cold air intake, and the silencer has been removed from my exhaust for that extra loud rice power.

Also, nice to meet everyone? lol..

Two questions:
1. Are you related to this guy? https://www.tamparacing.com/forums/member.php?u=23438
2. Is the new screen name to get rid of you past posting history?

Hello, my name is Sean. Lived in Tampa my whole life and have wanted to join Tampa Racing for a while. I have a white 97 civic ex in the shop right know, and has been there for the last 9 weeks( you don't want to know!). I figured if I'm going to fix my ride, I need to be able to chat with some folks around Tampa.
