IF you have your car running right and dont have your own issues, expect a LOT of runs. We went pretty smooth, and should be even better this time around. Even if there was 40 drivers, you'd get a lot of runs if you show up on time and dont miss your run groups.

Remember there is the night before at go-karting, the free lunch, the possible prizes, redbull supplied for DRIVERS.... and you get to drift a ton on a surface that doesnt eat tires. WITH instruction from pro level drift drivers... its well worth the entry fee.

if your getting max coils you prolly wont get them till jully or mid june soo your cutting it close they order there coils like every 4-5 months from japan i orderd lees coils in january its march and they still havent even made it to the states yet.. then it takes a weekish prolly 2 to clear customs then a week to get to bradenton lol i orderd my coils in the middle of september lol and didint get them till january 6th but im not gona lie they are soild coills but if you dont want the wait there is plenty of other brands to go for for around the same price i just mark out to max becuase they make good cheap shit thats right i said all of that in one sentince GOOD CHEAP SHIT!!!

as for seat time at trop gosh sean how many times did we get to go i mean it was like you go hit the track and then go back to stage and wait about 5 min and your good to go again and this went on and on for like about an hour then they pull you off back to the pits and swap driver groupes and you get a good hour to chill and relax and fix out any bugs/problems your having and or get tires mounted its worth the 200 for sure the atmosphere is amazing the food is good the people are very chill it all most makes you feel like your driving a pro event im not gona lie it was just a good fun day

and like box said the pavement is fucking retarted i bought a shit ton of tires i think i came with like 20 tires lol and only used 3 sets 2 sets of 16's and drove home on 17's soo you really dont need alot of tires id say a good desotos worth but i doubt you would barely even burn them up

I would come back from a run wait 3 minutes and go again, it was to the point we were getting TOO much track time lol, every run I got better.
After driving the course slowly the first time with Charlie, I got the man 3rd gear line down, I was doing the 2nd gear trying to link, but impossible to link AND be on the right line.
I felt it was definately a learning experience and it wasnt super packed like people are driving desoto and waiting 5 hours to drive

its all about the single course runs for more seat time. like what we did my first time at desoto back in feb of 09. everyone just waited in a line, it was pretty good.

^Thats also when we had a fixed course. That helped people learn lines, especially because people would constantly do the same ol' figure 8 line.

This is event teaches that, you will definitely leave and have learned something new

So If I were to get the black car all fixed, would this be a good first event on a welded diff, single cam with lowering springs? And how strict is tech? I'm trying to figure out if I should use the white car or the black car.
