I like bills course for future reference... I think that the only way people are going to get better at the bank is to do it. If you are to scared to ride the bank when will you try? W/E im a nobody though.
Actually, you guys should have combined the two. Bills course could end the run and box's could have started it. That shit would be fun. In fact, you guys create something like that and you will see me out there.

95% of the drivers at desoto don't even go on the bank during open practice so I don't see the point in forcing them unless we advertise the event with an acutal payoff type competition. I dont want to wreck someones car because im forcing them to get more ballzy.
let alone, that bank is TERRIBLE. If the guy got it repaved, i'd push people a little more to start doing the bank.
why dont you come out and drive it first, then suggest a course.

Bill has a better layout in my opinion.
I say this because it's more technical. You have a high speed entry then you have to scrub some speed into the right bend then scrub alot of speed to make the hairpin and switch back again then power through the rest.
I think alot of people need to work on scrubing speed from high speed stuff to low speed stuff like this. I think there is alot more car control in this.

the course bill had is a good course no doubt, the argument is for what the majority of the desoto crowd is going to be able to learn from. im not trying to diss anyone as they are learning and all that, the event is open practice and ment for learning from nothing. bills course would be good for a competition

you know we could spend like one day just laying out simple basic setups and change them up every hour or so. I mean simple basic stuff then make it harder each setup afterwords then just do open practice and then a full course

well with a daytime event maybe we can do more, usually i cant get there till 1/2 over cuz of work. sunday i should be ok for whole day.

i really dont think people understand the bank, they just see a giant sweeper on paper, that bank is brutal for sure. But hey, i think the track owner really gets a kick out of watching kids destroy there cars and having to get them towed home.
