Overheating
Leaky Power Steering
Shot rear subframe bushings
Non-working power windows (if equiped)
Poor idle/no O2 sensor/crappy gas mileage
Noisy/broken timing chain guide (under valve cover at the front of the engine)
Trust me, I've seen underneath many a 240.

One more thing to do to your car.
Remove all of your body panels, and put them back on when you decide that grip is the way to go, the resale value of your car will be greatly increased.

I had a friend who had almost the same set up as you. He never had a problem getting sideways. When he drifted his car would overheat bad though, to the point where his headers glowed red. GL and stay outta trouble
