HAHAAHHA Domestic drifting <= understeering and spinouts!

Unless someones got the skills of Raye Mullen (sp?), driver of yellow GTO, then that would be ok.
but remember, that car went through serious mods.

You're a genius, thank you for opening our eyes.

Samuel Hubinette will be driving a Mopar Charger for the 06 season.

Speaking of eye opening, I support FWD drifting, and MADD (mothers against drunk drifting.)

Why a charger? i suppose DiamlerChrysler want to invest their interest in drifting, as GM is doing, because a few of their cars are RWD, so domestics can take a piece of the drift scene.

Domestics have dominated Formula D since the first year AND a domestic won at the Irwindal round of D1GP. I wouldn't be so suprised to see more and more domestics entering the scene.

DCX doesn't just want to market the new Charger to your parents, that remember the OLD chargers...they want to get attract the 'young enthusiast' crowd just as it did back in the days of the original charger...so they're putting it in a motorsport that the demographic is mainly just that, the young automotive enthusiast (or sac riders just waiting for the next trend).

I work quite a bit with DCX/SRT and I have to say the new SRT-8 line is damn impressive...they are all based on the Mercedes E and S class chassis and the factory suspension performs extremely well for big heavy sedans. The punch their Hemi's pack is also pretty fucking insane for a factory sedan/wagon. The only downside is none of them are available in a 6sp manual, only 5sp automatics (which actually shift pretty well, not the slow & sloppy like your average slushbox).

I'd like an SRT-8 Magnum as a daily driver...it's one hell of a ride.
