Why dont you get something going matt...You have more pull and connections than just about ANYONE on here when it comes to drifting, You of all people would be able to find some kind of NON oval course for us...Lets look to the leaders of our community, instead of complaining theres nothing for us...Im not making a dime off this, I just got involved based on wanting to help get people drifting.

Matt and co-Enjuku driver Rob have always been helpful in finding venues and facilitating events. Trying to convince venues that this "drifting" thing they've never heard of which sounds dangerous is going to be a good idea isn't easy. Don't expect to make any money putting on drift events.

It's hard to convince non-drifters that drifting isn't just a sideshow to be be jammed in between other things.

 

Well thats what Bobby is trying to do...These " rednecks " you guys keep talking about have the same love for cars as we do, so why not show them something new, if we can attract more people then great...if not then well, just knock this up to another event.

 

what are you talkin about, redknecks know what drifting is, what do you think sprint cars do all day, just on dirt.

hahahahahahahaahah i just realized drifting is gonna turn into the pavment form of sprint cars!!! GITERDUN!!!

just picture it.......................a bunch of hillbillies in clapped out camaro's and mustangs 30 deep drifting around the track at the same time. hahahahahahh

 

is there is a predetermined layout, and if we have layout ideas, do we just bring them to the event and think about whats best then ?

We will have cones out there and I will have a clipping point setup midway down the straight on the backside...The level we are at, that should be enough...if im wrong please let me know
